On Thursday, December 10, wearing black and white checkered shirt and denim, actor Salman Khan arrived in the court with his family members. Sister Alvira, brother in law Aayush Sharma and few others accompanied Salman Khan to the courtroom at noon.
13 years ago, on September 28, 2002, Salman Khan’s car had met with an accident in suburban Bandra, killing one person and injuring four. 13 years after the trial began, Salman Khan’s 2002 hit and run case came to end yesterday.
The court stated that the prosecution failed to establish any evidence against Salman Khan and that the actor was driving under the influence of alcohol. On the basis of the evidence submitted by the prosecution, Salman Khan cannot be convicted, said judge while dictating final verdict.
After years of wait, Salman Khan finally sees a clear sky now with no sword hanging on his regarding hit and run case. With too much of celebrations were going around among the fans on the streets of Mumbai, Salman Khan’s Bollywood buddies also arrived at his Bandra residence yesterday.
Veteran actor Dilip Kumar, actress Jacqueline Fernandez, singer Anu Malik, ex-flame Sangeeta Bijlani, Daisy Shah, director David Dhawan, Rohit Dhawan, Bigg Boss 8 ex-contestant Puneet Issar and others dropped in to visit Salman after he reached home from the Bombay High Court.
Also his family members, sisters Arpita and Alvira, brother Sohail Khan, dad Salim Khan and others arrived at the Galaxy Apartment. It was all celebrations around Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra yesterday; in fact even actor’s entire Galaxy Apartment was lit up with beautiful yellow lights.
