Reportedly, a FIR has been lodged against the Kundras in Thane Bhiwandi’s police station in association with a cheating case.
“FIR has been registered in Bhiwandi police station against Shetty and Kundra under sections 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 420 (cheating) of IPC,” Deputy Commissioner of Police Manoj Patil stated Hindustan Times”.
It all started when a textile firm owner in Bhiwandi registered a complaint saying that the couple did not pay dues of Rs 24 lakh to him.
Ravi, the businessman, sold his bedsheets through Kundras’ TV channel, Best Deal and got associated with them.
As per reports, Shilpa and Raj initially made proper payments to Ravi for the sale of bedsheets.
But then later, the couple started avoiding making payments and did not give him the money they collected from customers.
Well, not only that, the staff members of the company have also alleged that the company hasn’t cleared their dues as well.
On the other hand, Raj, who holds 63% stake in the company, has denied all the allegations and has tweeted about this.
It is the duty of the cops registering a case to check contracts and if they had they would not have registered this fake case! #sad!!

Well, it is still to be confirmed that whether or not the case filed against the Kundras is genuine or hoax.
