The boss is back indeed. Right from the day one, when the movie went on to collect a whopping Rs 47 crore ( gross) worldwide to now heading towards the 2M mark at the US box office, Khaidi no 150 is performing phenomenally. And now, Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi no 150 can add another feather to its cap as it BEAT Aamir Khan’s Dangal Day 1 collection in India. Believe it or not, it’s true! According to box office India, Khaidi no 150 had raked in Rs 41.75 crore gross on the opening day while Dangal had raked in Rs 41.19 crore gross. Yes, by a few points, Chiranjeevi’s comeback film has BEATEN Aamir Khan‘s wrestling biopic. In the list of the 15 biggest openings in India, Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi no 150 was 8th in the list, while Dangal was 10th. Wow, this is some record to create now. From the looks of it, the movie is turning out to be the winner, as Gautamiputra Satakarni is catching up.

Ram Charan who ventured into production with this film is humbled by the response and released a statement regarding the same: “What better way to foray into production than with ‘Khaidi No 150’. The film is truly close to my heart because it is my father’s 150th film. The kind of love the audiences have shown the film is overwhelming and humbling,” According to latest reports, the movie has already earned Rs 70 crore worldwide. If the movie keeps up this momentum, the movie will be the
next to join the Rs 100 crore club.

Khaidi no 150 starring Chiranjeevi and Kajal Aggarwal for the first time is the remake of the Tamil movie Kaththi. It starred the megastar in a double role. The remake directed by VV Vinayak has received decent reviews so far. Fans are super thrilled that boss is back! Looks the Father-son combination has turned out a winner!
